Joining VacationOS

Path 1 · Vacation invite

Someone added you to a specific trip. Open the email; the link inside takes you straight to the trip and walks you through sign-up.

1. Check your inbox for an email subject like “… invited you to … in VacationOS”.
2. Open it and tap Accept invite or Open invitation.
3. The link drops you on the right vacation — you’ll create an account or sign in along the way.

Path 2 · General access

The owner gave you access to the app, not a specific trip. You’ll create your own vacations from scratch.

1. Make sure the email you plan to sign up with has been allowlisted — check with whoever invited you.
2. Once it’s allowlisted, head to Sign up. If your email isn’t on the allowlist, sign-up will be refused.
3. You’ll get a welcome email with the next steps and land on an empty dashboard ready for your first vacation.
